Yoga & Pilates Classes
If you feel like toning up those muscles and building strength and flexibility in your body or just improving your sense of well-being, join us at Cashel Lodge B&B for one of the many classes of Yoga and Pilates taking place every week.
Whatever your age or ability there is a class to suit you. The aim is to engage your mind and body to improve your physical and mental health. It will help to de-stress you from all the things that make life difficult.
